passport renewal - "other addres""

I was filing the form for passport renewal.

I am currently in US on H1B visa and I mentioned same "India's" address for "Address to be printed on Passport" and "Other Address"

Should the other address be "US Address" where the passport needs to be mailed?

Permanent Address is Indian address
Other address is YOUR own address in the US

so is it ok if I fill up new form with correct "Other Address" as US address.

While mailing the application, I'll mail the new pdf

No need to cancel the old application. You can just mail them a new one (if you're not doing the in-person service).
