I am an Indian citizen on H1 visa in US and applying for passport renewal
i filled the online application for passport renewal and planning to mail to Consulate General of India in New York.
In the pdf document of form, I still have some confusion what to be filled:
9.) Local car driving License No. Date and Place of Issue
>> Should this be US of India license information
13.) Present Emigration status ECR ECNR with documentory evidence ?
>> Which one do I belong or should I leave that blank
19.) name and address of two relative/friends ?
>> Should this be US or India address ?
