PIO/OCI for my US-Born children

Two Requests below

1>I want to know if my children could apply for OCI card?

Our Status is this:
Father : US Green card holder & Currently Citizen of India

Mother : Became US Citizen in 2001 (was Indian Citizen till 2001)

Duaghters - 2 and both are born in US, AGE lessthan 2.5 yrs.
