To apply PIO Card if Parents in India

Hi,

I have planned to apply PIO card to my son but my extension process is initiated. Got the information that I cannot apply PIO card, If i'm in extension process. In this case, I'm planning to apply Tourist Visa to my son. If my extension is regected and i need to go back to India with my son.

What are the way to apply PIO card, If my son is in INDIA.

Can he study in India? and he can stay more than 6 months.

There is no such rule. You can apply for PIO card for him at any time.
