MY HUSBAND (USC) AND I ARE TRAVELING TO INDIA OVER CHRISTMAS (I am an Indian citizen with a conditional PR). What type of visa does my husband qualify for? Tourist or Entry? He is not of Indian origin. We started filling out his tourist visa application until I read immihelp.com and got a feeling we should fill out the entry visa application instead. PLEASE HELP!!!
