Renunciation or Surrender Certificate

Does any one know that Indian Govt have changed the Renunciation fee to $ 20. Is that correct. And the people naturalised 10 years ago does not need that. Let me know if this is correct.

Not true as of today. People who naturalized 10 years ago still need a NC. Go to indiavisacenter.travisa.com to view the requirements for SC.
