My 9 year old sister, U.S born needs to have Dual citizenship with India. My parents want her to decide where 2 get settled in future, when she is grown up.
I learned that she would need a PIO for doing that. Is it possible for a minor to get PIO?? Will she get all the Indian rights with a PIO?
My parents and I are Indian citizens and my grandmother is an american while my uncle and aunt are dual citizens with India and US. Please Help!! We are facing problems with the nationality as she is changed to a new school. Moreover her Passport got expired lately and so we need to renew that also.
