My son's passport is expiring in Nov 2011 and we are in the USA till March 2012., so we need to get in renewed while in USA.
I have collected all the papers, including the cheque for the cost of mailing back the renewed passport, but have one question.
How does the Indian Embassy (in Wahsington) know where to send the renewed passport? Do we provide an address on an extra paper or will they figure it out by the residence proof of USA (drivers license / house lease)?
Please guide.
