Hi,
I wanted to apply PIO card for my daughter born here in San Diego CA, USA on Jan 14th 2011.
I have following question:
What is this document"
-Copies of parent's domicile certificates issued by the competent authorities (class one Gazetted officer in India).
I do not have it, because we have not visited India yet after her birth.
What should I do? Please help me.
