She had applied for OCI during August 2010. She has received a confirmation e-mail from the consulate (CGI - Houston) that her OCI and 'U' Visa have been approved.
Since the time she applied for OCI, she has got married and has got her US passport changed with the new last name.
Under these circumstances, what procedures need to be followed so that she can receive the OCI and 'U' Visa?
