Affidavit for kids passpot applying in India

Iam presently in US and applying for sworn affidavit for my kids passport
to Sfo consulate. Iam staying in a hotel and don't have any of address proof like driving license, phone bill etc.

what should l enclose for address proof ? Can I submit a letter from hotel or hotel receipt?
Please suggest.

You should apply at the consulate that has jurisdiction over your residence.
