My parents have a small property in India . They are eligible to apply for US Citizenship next year and currently are on US Greencard . They do plan to apply for PIO/OCI card after US getting citizenship. Do they have to sell the property in India before applying for US citizenship. Is it Legal to have that property in their name even for the peiod after they get US citizenship but before getting OCI/PIO Card . Pl advise
