PIO card for minor - Parent's address proof

Hi folks...

I am here on a L1 Visa and my wife is on a L2. We are currently in NJ. I am applying for a PIO card for my US born son. The travisa site mentiones that they require address proof of both the parents. I have a driver's license, but my wife being L2 cannot get a state photo id. I have her name on the lease, but the travisa site says that they will not accept rental agreements.

How do I overcome this scenario? Please help.

I applied PIO for my daughter two days back in SFO , I had to submit copy of my only DL and not my wife's.

Did you submit the application by mail or in person? The travisa site mentions address proof of both parents

Best way is to get both your names listed in utility bills (electricity or water).

Answer from Travisa

I called up Travisa and they said that the DL of one parent should be enough. Updating, just in case someone else has the same query...
