OCI online application -certification error. Site doesn't open form to fill !

Folks
From Travisa site, when trying to open the 'OCI online application Form' via the link, in Internet Explorer, instead of seeing the form, I face the Certification Error which reads,
"The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority."
So, I am stuck here.
Has any one faced this problem? Can anyone recommend the solution?

It shoud give an option like 'Continue to this website (not rececommented)'. Click that option and you should be good to go

OCI online application, certificate error

Thanks for your tips.
I had already tried clicking 'continue to this website (not recommended)' link. Unfortunately, browser just keeps churning, no page appears even after some time. I have even installed the site's certificate and then tried. Still no luck.
Still need help.

I just tried with Windows XP, Internet Explorer 8 and it worked fine when I clicked on the middle link in that warning.
