What are the requirements for proof of address for passport renewal in SF?
Specifically, do I need to submit one or two documents for proof? The consulate website says the following:
"Proof of Residence:
- Driving license or
- PG&E, Water or landline telephone bill displaying applicant’s address or
- House Lease Agreement"
which appears to indicate that only one of the above documents are required. However, I have seen a number of posters say that two are needed.
Which is it? The only thing in my name right now is a land line bill, will that alone be sufficient?
---
I also want to apply for a PIO card for my daughter. PIO card requires proof of residence from both me and my spouse. Will it be sufficient to send one document for each of us?
Thanks
