This is regarding ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required).
In my old passport ECNR was ticked but in the new passport (I changed my name) this has been deleted (they first stamped ECNR and then marked it as Deleted with another stamp). Is it like for ECNR first passport will be referred or it's done by mistake in the new passport.
