    Extended stay of PIO card holder in India

    Hi all,

    My son was born in US and also has PIO card . Since 5 months he is staying in India and we are planning for an extended stay for 6 more months. I need a small information do i need to take permission from any Government agency for his stay in India.

    Please clarify
