My father was born in India and lived there untill the age of 35, however he has misplaced his birth certificate and having surrendered his Indian passport, has no direct evidence of being born there. He still has the passport number of his last Indian Passport, will this be sufficient enough proof. He has his fathers and mothers Indian Passports, however how does one prove the link to them, he has his original Indian Driving lisence, will this suffice as it has a mention of his fathers name in it. Any information with regards to the above issue would be a great help.
