Need help with OCI app and Travisa

I have applied with Travisa to get OCI visa . My is stuck with Travisa as they want proof of Indian heritage . My Grandfather left with British passport to go to kenya as a British subject and My father went under Grandfather passport as minor . NO bitrh Certificates were being issued when both of them were born . How or what else can show the Travisa to help process my application .

Any help would be appreciated . I have sent copies of my father school leaving papers but Travisa appears to ignore that .
