Hi,
We have applied for PIO card for our US born baby and it is on hold for "parent not having a visa"
My husband and I are Indian citizens we both filed I485 (adjustment status) petition with USICS in 2007. As you all know, due to unavailability of visa numbers, our petitions are still pending. Only my husband keeps extending his employment card since he is working. I am a home maker, so we stopped applying for my employment card.
We both apply for travel document(advance parole) when we have to travel outside USA. I have tried explaining to Travisa India outsourcing on our current immigration status. But they are asking visa status for me as I don't hold any visa or employment card..
Any suggestions please?
