Hi friends:
I have to renew Indian passport of my minor daughter at Washington, DC.
With the VFS pressed into service (from 4/16/2012), I have the following questions.
1.VFS told me that there is tatkal system for an additional fee.
2. If so, has anyone had experience of getting the passport on the same day after having submitted the application in person?
