  • Applying PIO card for daughter with L1 visa expired but valid I94

My L1 Visa is expired in March 2012 but I-94 is valid until January 2014. I was preparing PIO application for my daughter. On PIO application site it says for to submit parent's Visa document. Can I apply for my daughter's PIO on I-94 validity basis?

Valid parent's I-94 is accepted for filing child's PIO

TraVisa confirmed that valid I-94 is acceptable.

"In response to your question regarding the I-94, since they reflect validity, this is acceptable as proof of your current visa status in the United States to apply for a PIO for your daughter."[/I]
