Indian passport expiring - travel from US to INDIA

Hi,

My Indian passport is expiring on end of august 2012. I am traveling to India on last week of july(exactly 1 month before passport expiry). Since I am traveling to India, I am planned to renew in India itself & I have my GC.

1. Is there any issues entering India with 1 month or less passport valitidy?

2. Is there any minimum passport validity required to travel to India?

Nope , India is your country of citizenship and you have the right to enter no matter what, so as long as your passport is valid for the flight, you're ok.
