Hi,
My family is visiting India and my Kid's passport is expiring next month. As they have to go for stamping, I have to apply for his new passport.
I understood the affidavit part as I am not there. My question is what address I should put. My family is staying at my permanent address but the form says if you have stayed at another address in last 11 months you have to put both addresses and 2 PP forms.
Should I mention my US address there as we have stayed here most of the time but its not permanent. What happens to Police verification then?
