what is exit stamp for a foreigner?
If a foreigner(minor under 16 yrs) is leaving India within the time period of valid visa then from where should he get the exit permit frro or airport?

Exit stamp is at the airport when you leave India
After check in the luggage, but before boarding the flight, you go through immigration process. That is when they stamp your passport.Immihelp Support
