OCI or PIO
Hello All,
we are planning our baby here in USA which is due in January 2013. My question is, by birth the baby will be USA citizen and we both (me & my wife) are Indian citizen and our green card is under process. Can i apply OCI for our baby or do i have to opt for PIO. I read in the forum some where that foreign born children of both Indian citizen parents cannot opt for OCI and have to go for PIO, is it true?
If it is true then how can i get an OCI card.
