renunciation : send only the most recent or ALL (including expired) passports

Guys,

I recently got my US citizenship and want to know your experiences regarding renunciation of Indian citizenship

1. Do you send only the most recent or ALL (including expired) Indian passports (to get the CANCELLED stamp)??

2. on the travisa online form, I chose the option of $22+$22 include for shipment and yet the TRavisa printed form asks me to get money order excluding the above amount - any suggestions?

1. You need to send in the most recent Indian Passport.
