In troble! need help from US embassy/indian consulate - in india

I was in US from 2001 to jan 2011. I came to india in Jan 2011. He had filed for his citizenship in 2011 for him. My husband held up following immigration document and he is not returning it back.

1) My Green card - expired. Green card which completed 10 years in around Oct/Nov 2011
2) My son's US passport
3) My Son's PIO (person of Indian origin) card

We have filed a FIR against him in Jun 2012. My husband is on conditional bail and in India.

- My husband is US citizen and working in india
- My son is born in US and he is in India since Jan 2011
- I am indian citizen and in india since jan 2011

my son is with me and nearest consulate is mumbai.

I want to get my son's duplicate passport , PIO card and renew my Green card. only things I have with me are my SSN no, my passport, son’s SSN no, son's original birth certificate.

How to proceed for this?
Can all docs be recover?
in my case how to get dual citizen ship for my son?
what all US embassy can help and how quickly?
Am i looking any help from indian consulate?
Can US embassy take actions against my husband?
