Going to India on vacation

I'm planning to take my 5 months daughter to India (1st time), we planned to stay there for 4 to 5 months and later will be back to US. I've following questions regarding her travel,
- She has US Passport and PIO card for travel, does she need any other travel documents?
- Should I need to register her name in US Consulate? that she will be in India for 4 to 5 months?
- Is there any other information I should know?
