Refused under 221g

Hi,
I have attended H1 visa interview on 2nd of Jan 2013, but visa officer has handed over 221g form and returned my passport after a week with out visa.
Checked the status online still it show additional administrative process required, not sure what to do.
Please suggest how to proceede.
