Hi,
I work for my current employer Company A in India and through them I have obtained my H1B almost one year ago but due to the lack of opportunities with them in the US , I'm thinking of transferring my H1B to Company B who is willing to hire me. However, I see one of the required documents for a H1B transfer is Paystubs, problem is though that I have not worked for Company A at the US at all, so how will I be able to obtain 2 Paystubs?
Also I would like to know if I have all the required documents except these Paystubs, Is there a chance of my H1B transfer (from outside USA) to Company B getting rejected ?
Also, just to make sure if someone could please confirm with me all the documents I require for H1B transfer in this kind of situation.
