    L2 B to student visa

    Hi,

    I am working for a company X with L1B Visa my wife on L2-B my Visa is getting expired on Jan 2014. Shall i convert my wife as student Visa and can Apply for H1B in 2014. and when my wife on student VISA shall i do a Job ?
