Do I need a transit visa
Hi,
I need some guidance onto whether i need to get a UK airside transit visa.
I am an Indian National , I live in USA and i have a Green card (USA permanent resident card ).
I am traveling to India in February 2014 for about 3 weeks, returning in March 2014
I am flying virgin atlantic airlines which has a stop at London Heathrow airport for a couple of hours each way.
I do not intend to get out of the airport , just a transfer in flights.
Do I need to apply for the UK airside transit visa for my travels?
