U.S nurses recruitment
I am an Indian B.sc nurse with 6 years experience in medical surgical department.How can i find jobs in U.S and how to proceed it ? Can any one guide me a good consultancy for processing. currently,I am a govt employee in India. Is it a good idea to try and go U.S and that is my dream.thank you

I hope i am not disappointing you when i say that it will be real tough unless you get married to an US citizen.
Me and my wife reached US 10 years ago. I think ours was one of the very last batch who came over here on a green card based on employment. Now the situation is not that good, as lot of Americans realized how good the pay was for a nurse. Now there are a lot of nurses graduating every year. US Immigration rules require that for green card based recruitment from another country, the employer may have to show reasonable proof that a candidate of such qualifications is not available in the US.
