Travel to India with US certificate of naturalization

I have my US certificate of naturalization but do not have US passport. Also do not have my green card as well as I had to give it back during naturalization.

Now I need to travel to India urgently. Is it possible to travel with Indian Passport and US certificate of naturalization while I do not have a US passport or green card?

Once you become a US citizen you CANNOT use Indian passport. If you do use it, Indian Consulate will fine you $250 per stamp if you have used Indian passport when you surrender your passport for renunciation after becoming citizen.
