Renewing Indian Passport in US
Hi,
I need to renew my Indian passport in Houston. Though I am married, my husband and I are separated and I don't want to include his name on my new passport. My visa status is H4. The BLS guidelines require a notarized marriage certificate, which I don't have. I don't want to give incorrect information on the form by saying Single. However, the website will not let me submit the form without my husband's name if I choose Married.
I would appreciate any guidance on this.
