US citizenship application and OCI

Hi,

I am a Indian Green Card Holder residing in the US. Can I travel to India after I submit my US citizenship application ? Also, how long does it take to get OCI card.

OCI part not sure. However if you submit your application you can travel however you need to appear for biometrics.So why would you want to risk missing that appointment? Also if you do travel tell the officer at the interview that you traveled.
