Hi,
I am currently residing in the US on a F-1 visa. A few days ago I had lost my Indian passport with the I-94 card in it.
I applied for a duplicate passport at the Indian embassy in Washington DC and they have issued it to me.
However, I have found my old passport now and everything in it is intact. Can I use the documents that are on the old passport while going back to India? Is that I-94 and VISA valid for my return to India or do I need to apply for a new I-94 and VISA here?
