ppl plz help me out...
m on f1 visa and have problem wid my name...evyrhtng s messed up...
1--there is no surname on my passport biography page......its blank ..and my full name is mentioned in given name....so my surname is BLANK on ppt biography page
2--and on my visa my complete name is under surname.....given name is FNU
i went to give a driving test but they are not accepting my application as i have given name as fnu on visa
**** (biggest problem)3-- my name has around 32 characters....and at the port of entry while fillin the I94 i was confused to write my name...coz space wasnt enuff and i had only given name on my passport...so i filled I94 completly EXCEPT my name ...i had to write my name twice on I94 but i left it blank ..coz i wanted to ask the officer at POE what to write .....but when i went to the officer i forgot to ask that and even he didnt chek my i94...he jus stamped it and gave me bak...so my i94 doesnt have my name on it....
and i realised this after 2months when i went to give driving test....so in hurry i wrote my name on i94 tht time ....but nt according to my passport biography page........
i m hell lotsa confused what to do nw....ppl at drving test told me to go bak to india and get evrythng done....i dunno what to do nw...im new here....where shud i go....sum1 plss guide me
