    OCI Card

    Hi All,

    I am applying OCI for my wife. She is an US citizen, our marriage is not more than 2 years so I can't apply her OCI. So, I am thinking of applying her card based on her parents. Her parents are US citizens too and they have canceled their Indian passport. Will that suffice the requirement for applying fresh OCI?
