PAN Card - US Citizen with OCI

Hello,
I recently got my US Citizenship and also just received my OCI Card. I need to apply for a PAN Card since I have some bank accounts in India. COuld you please point me to a reliable site/agent that will do the same for me?

Also, my wife already has a PAN card (from when she was an Indian Citizen). Does she need to do anything to update it, now that she is also a US Citizen?

Hi Karthik,
I am in the same situation here.
I had a PAN card that was issued to me in the year 2001 when I was an Indian citizen. Since then, I moved to the US and now have US citizenship, I have renounced my Indian citizenship too. I do not have an OCI card.

Do I need to change the citizenship status in the old PAN card to "foreign citizen" ? I hear that no such provision exists.
And also found out that I cannot apply for a new PAN under a foreign citizen via Form-49AA and an individual is only supposed to have one PAN.

Were you able to get anything done in this matter .. any advice in this matter is much appreciated ..
