Dismiss Divorce in USA

I left my vehicle's title in US while leaving before india. I like to know whether its possible for my spouse to get a loan against the title or sell the vehicle without the my (title owner's) acknowledgement or approval??

Is it possible to move or dismiss divorce in US since one of the spouse is currently residing in India and don't have visa to enter US???

Please advice asap.

Ask your spouse to mail you the title so you could sign it over to your spouse. In this scenario your spouse can transfer the title to his/her name. Sorry I am unsure about the divorce. I you check GIFT on the title, she/he will not have to pay taxes but only the registration fees.
