Power of Attorney
Hi,
I am currently in the USA and I am going to purchase a new apartment in India. I would like to provide a power of attorney to my dad, who is in India. I would like to know about the process to notarize/apostle and all. Can someone help me with it? I have searched online and it says to notarize, to apostle and finally the embassy processing as well. But when I enquire to my friends, some of them have done only the notarization and nothing else. Can someone clarify the actual process?
