Hello All,
I am currently on H1B, 3 years completed. Got extension for next 3 years. Due to poor financial discipline, and medical issues, I am on path to filing bankruptcy. Can you please share your insights on how this will affect my current H1B, and also if my employer chose to file for green card how that will be affected? Please share your insights. Thank you so much.
I dont own a house, just too much personal loan, and credit card debts.
