GC Holder - How long should stay in USA before leaving India again

I am a green card holder. Went India and returned to USA in Dec 2010 after 5 and half months stay in India. Again I wanto to go India. Is there any time limit that I should be in the USA ? Where I can find the answeres for this question ? Help is appreciated.
