Indian Passport Renewal in CGI Houston

I have sent in my passport application to CGI Houston more than a month back as my current passport is expiring in couple of months. Since it's been over 30 days, I tried calling the CGI Houston to check on my application status but the phones keep ringing and nobody picks up. I tried all the phone nos. provided in their website but to no avail. Has anybody faced this situation before from CGI Houston where nobody picks up the phone. Even when you press "0" for operator a standard message plays saying there are already 2 people on hold. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

That is very common. There are a lot of service related problems there.
