I got my citizenship in the year 2008, during which time I changed my name from maiden to married (changed the last name) The citizenship certificate and the American passport have the married name, howeveer, the Indian passport has the maiden name. My question is do I still have to fill out the affidavit form and publish the name change in the Indian newspaper and the American newpaper?
