3 different insurance period for 3 gc holders

me (57), wife (54) , child (21) would be arriving usa (NJ) in july18 post getting our GC.
existing illness/disease - none.

my visit duration : arrival in usa 15jul18 depart usa 28jul18
wife visit duration : arrival in usa 15jul18 depart usa 13oct18
child visit duration: arrival in usa 15jul18 depart usa 22dec18

we all then would be returning to usa (for good) eventually. (after 3-4 months stay in out native country)

please send me quote for a comprehensive plan of us$500000 each (covering each member's entire visit duration)
