Why No Insurance for Over 65

Hi All,

My aunt is 68 years old. I did an "affidavit of Support" to sponsor her here, and just got to the US a week ago from Vietnam. I am trying to get her health coverage ASAP, but everywhere i checked, it seems like no one is willing to coverage immigrant over 65. PLEASE HELP!!

We live in Southern California.
