Washington state insurance for parents on green card

Hello, I need information about medical coverage for parents with green card for Washington state. What is the insurance we could avail or we should buy ? if we visit doctor for any illness or if there is any procedure or hospitalisation or if there is any emergency then how much cost can be covered, what are the conditions like pre-existing ailments etc and what cost is not covered by insurance?
